The hotel is super clean and modern. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to pretty much everything in the city centre. We particularly loved that it was a 5-minute walk to the EPIC museum. The bar and restaurant offered a good selection of delicious meals and snacks.

The rooms are comfortable and efficient, with nice design details and a well-maintained building. The staff are polite and helpful, with excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including a delicious Full Irish breakfast.
The ordering process for meals can be slow, but the quality of the food improves over time.

The location was perfect, with many attractions within a short walking distance. The front desk staff were attentive, helpful, and kind, making me feel welcome. The room may have been small, but it had everything I needed, and the shower was lovely. The bar and seating area provided a relaxing space, and the water hydration station was a thoughtful touch. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at this newly remodeled hotel.
